Tasting Australia Goes Next Level With New Event: Vegan Palooza

A month and a half into 2019 and it has already been full of surprises regarding the global vegan market, with The Economist declaring 2019 as “The Year of the Vegan”. Well Adelaide continues to live up to this statement with a new annual event for compassionate foodies – Vegan Palooza.

On April 14 we will be blessed with the first ever Vegan Palooza as part of Tasting Australia, aka. the nation’s premium eating and drinking festival. The two have teamed up to bring us a wide array of exquisite plant-based foods, with 25 food stalls on the cards thus far.

For one day only, everyone is invited to the Tonsley Innovation District to see how plant-based cuisine has evolved, and explore the delicious flavours that can be accomplished by simply using plants, with a pinch of compassion. Some of the most talented chefs and food creators will be a part of Vegan Palooza – so expect wonderful delights!

Brought to you by the world’s number one vegan festival, Adelaide’s very own Vegan Festival, the event organisers tell us that “Vegan Palooza will be demolishing the outdated myth that vegan food is boring or limiting.” From cakes to yiros, the selection will be extensive.

South Australia is one of Australia’s foodie capitals, and vegan food is no exception. So come on down and see what it’s all about. We know that we will DEFINITELY be there!
